Our Booking Terms
A booking deposit of £200 ($250) will be required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A £200 ($300) refundable security deposit will also be due to be paid with the balance 12 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded once the management company have checked the home and confirmed that there is no damage. See our terms and conditions for more information.
Stays for less that 5 days incur a cleaning charge of £75/$150. Discounts available for bookings over 3 weeks. Please contact us for details.
